CONSULTATION:
Each project begins with an hour long consultation where David will get to know and understand the
personality of the client as well as to understand the clear and precise objectives for the project.
This consultation will also be used to review the pricing schedule and the possible need for additional
services such as shopping or movers. The project date will also be scheduled.
Service Fee = $100
DECORATING: Homes / Offices / Special Events
David will utilize the information shared in the consultation to transform your space or event to
something you've only dreamed about. The scope of the project may range from placement of
furniture and accessories to a complete decorating job which includes flooring, paint color, fixtures,
shopping for new furniture and accessories. Decorating for Special Events includes anything from
creating a floral arrangement to an entire wedding. All decorating projects, whether for home,
office or special event will be priced using the same half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours)
schedule. Small specific items such as hanging pictures, creating a floral arrangement, or decorating
a bookcase are priced on a per hour basis.
Service Fee = Half-Day $400 Full-Day $700 Hourly Rate $100
STAGING:
A half day or full day project, determined during the consultation, in which the predetermined rooms
will be staged to enhance the “saleability” of the home to potential buyers.
