"I have used David as my "stager" for a number of years. I believe I was
the first REALTOR, whom David was associated with in Austin. He sets the
stage, literally; my sellers love him and his work. I use David for all my
homes whether they are priced at $125,000 or over a million. He takes their
"things" in their homes and turns them into model homes. Because of his
expertise, my homes sell for their asking price, and do not stay on the market
as long as the average home does. David is a dear friend and a team player, I
wouldn't go into a listing presentation without him being on my team. If
there was one word to describe David, I would have to say "WOW"! That's
what my seller's say when they see what David has done to their homes! "
